I learned strategy work where it happens: on consulting projects and in day-to-day startup life. Today I combine that craft with a team of AI agents that I built and lead myself.
I’m at my best when the brief is still messy: getting up to speed fast, asking the uncomfortable questions and turning complexity into something concrete.

No. A chatbot answers the question you ask it. My work starts before that: I figure out which question actually needs answering, break it into work packages and have them handled by specialised agents with clear roles and methods. Then I bring the results together into a recommendation. The AI is the team, not the consultant.
I do. Every number, source and conclusion crosses my desk before it reaches you. Research is sourced and traceable, assumptions are stated openly.
I only process sensitive data by agreement and only with services you approve. The AI services I use don’t train on your data. Where needed, I anonymise data beforehand or process it locally. I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
